Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specifications and design documentation

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency

· Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during the construction phase

·  Prepare and present 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders

·  Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and standards

·  Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural / Architecture or equivalent.

· Possess BIM certificate

· Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCad Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling

· Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M & E)

• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.

• Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings.

• Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.

• Working days: 5.5 days

• Salary: to be discuss (salary will commensurate according to experience &qualifications)
