Job Summary

Support project teams by creating, updating, and managing BIM models and documentation for plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and revise BIM models based on contract drawings and latest project information to support design and construction phases
• Ensure the integrity and quality of BIM models to meet project standards and requirements
• Generate detailed documentation and shop drawings from BIM models for construction and fabrication purposes
• Produce BIM deliverables aligned with construction, documentation, and fabrication needs
• Develop BIM models with accurate parameters and attributes for BIM-based qualification and 4D simulation to enhance project coordination
• Identify and report discrepancies in BIM models to BIM Coordinators during the design stage for resolution
• Prepare shop drawings and sketches for construction and design development, focusing on plumbing, sanitary, gas, and architectural drawings
• Utilize MicroStation, AutoCAD Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP software proficiently to complete BIM tasks
• Interpret architectural and structural construction documents to ensure model accuracy and compliance
• Manage time effectively to complete BIM models and shop drawings within project deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working on HDB, commercial, condominium, or landed housing projects
• Ability to work independently with commitment in a construction site environment
• Proficient in Revit software for BIM modelling
• Graduate of a qualified technical school or program
• Knowledge of Plumbing, Sanitary, Gas Code of Practice, or Building Civil/Architectural works
