Lead the development, implementation, and management of the Virtual Execution Plan (VEP) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodologies, workflows, and standards across the project design scope.
Coordinate closely with Consultants, Subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective VDC collaboration.
Manage and ensure proper data and model exchange protocols within the internal team and with external parties prior to any issuance or submission.
Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;
Attend and contribute to coordination meetings, including 3D model review sessions, clash detection, and design validation.
