Responsibilities:

• Execute modelling tasks in alignment with project goals, guided by the BIM Lead’s direction.

• Ensure timely delivery of 3D models and related outputs.

• Uphold internal BIM standards for model content, structure, and maintenance.

• Extract precise documentation and shop drawings directly from BIM models.

• Coordinate closely with project engineers to prepare technical drawings and submissions for approval.

• Contribute to cost-efficient design development that meets client expectations and complies with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and submission protocols.

• Skilled in BIM software, particularly Bentley and ARCHICAD.

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.
