About the Company

An irrigation equipment supplier in Singapore supporting engineering and construction projects with technical solutions and project coordination services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and develop BIM models for project implementation

• Prepare BIM files and ensure proper documentation and title block formatting

• Create and modify BIM families based on project requirements

• Maintain version control and documentation in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

• Coordinate with project teams to clarify project details and technical requirements

• Assist BIM Coordinators or Managers in project coordination with stakeholders

• Attend site meetings and support project discussions when required

• Support project coordination and technical documentation tasks

  Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• BIM modelling experience, including internship experience

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural modelling

• Familiar with Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D for structural modelling

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings

• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a team environment

• Good communication skills
