Your Role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator (Electrical) (Revit) responsible to daft, design and create of building's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems layout. To prepare of Shop Drawings and Documents As-Built drawings Use BIM software (Revit). To ensure structural drawings and specifications align with project requirements such as timelines, and quality standards.

What Will You Do

• To daft, design and create of building's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems layout
• Preparation of Shop Drawings and Documents As-Built drawings Use BIM software (Revit)
• To ensure structural drawings and specifications align with project requirements such as timelines, and quality standards
• To accompany manager for client meetings when necessary
• Other duty assigned by manger

What Do We Want

• At least Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/ Engineering or BIM
• Min 3-5 years’ working experience in BIM drawing of building's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems layout from start to end to end of project
• Must proficiently using Use Revit software
• Work in fast-pace environment and work independently
