BIM Manager

Project: Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF), Tuas
Scope: ACMV & BMS Works

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager (M&E) to lead BIM implementation for ACMV and BMS works for a large-scale Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination for Mechanical & Electrical works from design through installation and T&C
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance with project BIM standards
• Oversee federated M&E models (LOD 300–500) and conduct clash detection using Navisworks
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design conflicts
• Manage production of coordinated shop drawings and as-built BIM models
• Supervise BIM coordinators/modellers and manage Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Ensure proper asset data integration for ACMV and BMS systems for handover

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of M&E experience, with at least 3 years in a BIM management role
• Strong experience in large-scale industrial/infrastructure projects preferred
• Proficient in Revit (MEP), Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and regulatory submission requirements
• Strong coordination, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work at Tuas with transportation pick up at designated MRT station.
