We are partnering with a well-established Main Contractor delivering major LTA civil infrastructure projects across Singapore. For the ongoing MRT project involving station and tunnel structures, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital engineering implementation, BIM coordination, and model integration across multidisciplinary teams.

This role will oversee BIM execution across civil, structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines while ensuring compliance with LTA BIM standards and project digital delivery requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across the MRT project in accordance with LTA BIM requirements and the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Oversee the development and coordination of BIM models across civil, structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines.
• Manage BIM coordination processes including clash detection, model reviews, and digital coordination workshops.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with LTA digital submission requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless model integration.
• Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modellers across project teams.
• Support site teams with model-based coordination, 4D construction sequencing, and digital engineering solutions.
• Monitor BIM model quality, accuracy, and data management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, LTA representatives, and project stakeholders.
• Drive digital engineering initiatives and continuous improvement in BIM workflows and project delivery processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in BIM implementation for civil infrastructure or major construction projects.
• Strong experience in MRT, underground tunnel, or major LTA infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Proven experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary design models.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of LTA BIM standards, digital submission processes, and project coordination workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
