Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modeling & Coordination

• Develop and manage Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards .

• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks or Solibri .

• Utilize Rhino for complex parametric modeling and detailed fabrication drawings, particularly for curtain wall systems .

2. Technical Documentation

• Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs from BIM models .

• Generate BIM coordination reports and updates for stakeholders.

3. Project Collaboration

• Lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors to align workflows and resolve technical issues .

• Act as a liaison between design and construction teams to ensure seamless data exchange .

4. Quality Assurance

• Validate model accuracy, adherence to standards (e.g., BIM Execution Plan), and compliance with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations .

5. Innovation & Process Improvement

• Implement BIM best practices and explore advanced tools (e.g., Dynamo, Enscape) for automation and visualization .

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

• Experience: 3+ years of BIM experience in architecture/curtain wall projects, preferably in Singapore or international settings .

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/MEP) and Rhino with Grasshopper .

• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 collaboration tools .

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) for client/stakeholder communication .

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills .
