Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring consistent model development, managing interdisciplinary coordination, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
• Perform clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks and/or Revit.
• Ensure that all BIM models are developed in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to facilitate model-based workflows and information sharing.
• Review, audit, and validate models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage file exchanges and version control using CDEs (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360).
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM protocols and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Support training and mentoring of project staff in BIM tools and processes.
• Generate reports and visualizations to support coordination and decision-making.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BIM coordination role.
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as a modeller role.
