BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities
To prepare & facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction.
To liaise and coordinate with Main Contractor and other trades for the cross-team support on BIM software.
To ensure all models are compatible and BIM datas are made available to all project participants

To collaborate with design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Pre-requisite:
Candiate must possess a degree/diploma/certificate in Architecture
At least 2-3 years working experience as a BIM Co-coordinator for Construction and Architecture projects
Proficient in MS Office, Revit and Naviswork
Knowledge of DGN, i.DGN, DWF or 3D PDF
Must know native formats of BIM authoring or BIM related applications for design reviews
Willing to be seconded to oversea
