Job Summary

The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for architectural and structural disciplines, ensuring accurate, up-to-date models, clash-free designs, and seamless collaboration between design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for architectural and structural works.

- Coordinate interdisciplinary models to detect and resolve clashes using software suchas Navisworks, Revit, or any other relevant software

- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and deliverables.

- Support design and construction teams by providing 3D visualizations, drawings, and digital models.

- Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing models.

- Facilitate model-based coordination meetings and document design revisions.

- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of BIM into project workflows.

- Provide training and guidance to project team members on BIM processes and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction projects (high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred).

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes/regulations.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
