BIM Coordinator

• Responsible forcoordination and assistance in BIM implementation on projects;

• BIM Coordination anddaily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up

• Liaise with theAuthority and the Contractor to ensure changes in procedure and standards are

effectively communicated to project teams

• Manage and maintainproject content and source additional content for project teams

• Coordinate with the BIMteam and design team to solve day to day modelling and coordination issues as

required.

• Check model quality andintegrity prior to generation of deliverables before issuing of model information.

• Co-ordinate with LeadBIM modellers of all disciplines to ensure all models are produced on schedule.

• Append all models inNavisworks and run clash analysis tests.

• Hold coordinationmeetings with design team. The checkingshould not only look into clashes, but also to check space proofing including accessibility and maintainability.
