Job Description

Work with project team on BIM modelling development and make correctly interpret BIM model from Architect design to BIM model, Ensure Architecture BIM models are updated followed the latest design changes.
Offer proficient BIM technical support for the office wide projects — BIM model trouble shooting, BIM modelling supporting, BIM documentation support and project-based family creation and maintenance and final documentation settings followed submission and tender quality standard.
Understand Singapore BIM submission requirement and assist team to update the BIM documentation to meet BIM submission requirement
Coordinate with architect and consultants from other disciplines, including holding coordination meeting, tracking design issues in the BIM model, generate report based on the requirement or under instruction, assist on project-based BIM interface checking and generate clash detection report under instruction.
Support team to prepare study BIM model, model analysis under instruction, visualization for design study and make informed recommendation based the design changes
Ensure proper documentation of all issues, RFI and high standard quality of deliverable BIM model.
Maintain and develop office wide BIM library includes existing family maintenance, project family filter and category, new family building based on the Singapore code, BIM material library set-up and maintenance, under instruction, assisting on office general BIM standard and project-based BIM standard set up
Under instruction, prepare training material for different purpose, provide general training sessions and ad-hoc training session for architect team and technical team from team to team.
Well time organize and possess good communication among the teams.
Other project related duties and ad-hoc working may be directed by the Supervisor.
