We are in a joint venture with a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale Building and Civil Infrastructure projects across Singapore. Due to ongoing and upcoming developments, we are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller (M&E) to support digital coordination and integration of complex mechanical and electrical systems across multidisciplinary teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage detailed M&E BIM models for building and civil infrastructure projects
• Coordinate M&E models with Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines to ensure clash-free integration
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and lead coordination workshops with consultants and subcontractors
• Prepare and update shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built BIM models
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plan, BCA and LTA digital submission requirements
• Support site teams with model-based coordination and sequencing of M&E installation works
• Assist in resolving technical and spatial coordination issues across complex services interfaces
• Maintain model accuracy, documentation control, and version management throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–6 years of BIM modelling experience in M&E works for building or civil infrastructure projects
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools
• Strong understanding of building services systems including HVAC, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and ELV systems
• Experience working within a Main Contractor environment preferred
• Familiar with BCA and LTA BIM submission standards
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
