Beauty Salon Receptionist (Full Time)
Location: Westgate Mall (Jurong East MRT)

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our front-desk team and be the first point of contact for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, welcoming first impression
• Handle walk-in enquiries and introduce salon services, packages and ongoing promotions
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and other customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Assist customers with appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellations

Appointment & System Handling

• Manage daily appointment schedules using salon systems / booking software
• Coordinate beautician / therapist schedules to minimise waiting time and avoid clashes
• Support customer check-in and check-out processes
• Issue receipts, collect payments and assist with package redemption
• Use BeauteSoft or WESS system for appointment, customer record and sales-related operations

Social Media & Enquiry Response

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries from social media and messaging platforms
• Follow up on messages from Xiao Hong Shu (RedNote), WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Lemon8 and other relevant platforms
• Ensure timely and polite replies to support customer conversion and appointment booking

Operations & Administrative Support

• Maintain front desk cleanliness and a neat, presentable reception area
• Assist with simple daily closing reports, including appointments, sales and payment summaries
• Support basic administrative tasks such as form handling, customer record updates and membership details
• Work closely with the salon manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, retail or beauty industry
  (Candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply)
• Pleasant, well-groomed and customer-focused
• Familiar with BeauteSoft or WESS salon system
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media platforms and basic computer systems
• Able to respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner across multiple platforms
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  (Off days will be scheduled on weekdays)
• Positive team player with willingness to learn and recommend suitable beauty services to customers
