Beauty Salon Receptionist （Full/Part Time)

Location: Westgate Mall （Jurong East MRT)

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Receptionist to join our front-desk team and be the “first smile” our customers see.

Job Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, welcoming first impression

Handle walk-in enquiries, introduce salon services and basic promotions

Answer phone calls & WhatsApp messages, respond to enquiries in a timely manner

Assist customers with appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellations

Appointment & System Handling

Manage daily appointment schedule using salon system / booking apps

Coordinate therapist/beautician schedules to minimise waiting time and avoid clashes

Support check-in and check-out process for customers

Issue receipts, handle basic payment collection and package redemption

Operation & Admin Support

Maintain front desk cleanliness and a presentable reception area

Assist with simple daily closing reports (appointments, sales, payments summary)

Support basic admin tasks (forms, customer record updates, membership details)

Work closely with the salon manager and beauticians to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Preferably with 1 year of experience in reception / customer service / retail / beauty line (Fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome to apply)

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking clients); other languages will be a bonus

Pleasant, well-groomed and customer-oriented

Comfortable with using WhatsApp, basic computer and booking systems

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (off days will be scheduled on weekdays)

A positive team player, willing to learn about beauty services and help recommend suitable treatments to clients

Working Hours & Benefits

2-5 days a week (including 1 weekend) (to be discussed)
