Responsible for the operation and sales income and profitability of the salon.
Day to day planning of sales pipeline
Planning and implementing customers appointment settings and notifiactions to customers of their appointments in sufficient time.
Sales planning and sales consultation.
Supervise a team to operate the salon efficiently and profitably.
Ensure company's set sales target is reached with proper planning and implementation.

Monitor satff conduct and work performance.

The candidate should have reasonably good practical knowledge skincare and beauty field in a salon setting, and is experienced in catering to customers' needs as well as deal with occasional misunderstandings which may arise from time to time in a professional and calm manner. A number of years of experience with good performance in this field will be expected. The candidate is expected to possess hardworking attitude and able to work non office hours, weekends as well as late hours as necessitated by the retail hours of the salon. Preferable fluent in English and Mandarin.
