Job Summary

Amber Beila Beauty seeks a motivated Branch Manager to lead outlet operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional client consultation and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend tailored treatments and packages to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and foster long-term loyalty
• Lead and support the team to improve sales performance and consistently achieve targets
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance skills and service quality
• Manage customer enquiries effectively and assist in closing sales to maximize revenue
• Oversee smooth daily operations of the outlet to ensure a positive customer experience and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in beauty or aesthetic sales environments
• Proficient in client consultation and recommending suitable treatment packages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
