The Job

• Provide personalized skincare consultations based on customer concerns and skin types
• Recommend suitable skincare routines and products to meet customer needs
• Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and application methods
• Achieve sales targets and support overall counter performance
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and clienteling activities
• Ensure counters are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times

The Talent

• Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty experience, preferably in skincare/beauty retail
• Passionate about skincare products, treatments, and customer care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Sales-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets
• Skincare consultation experience or beauty certifications will be an added advantage
