· Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.

· Scheduling clients appointments

· Data entry of client's information

· Keep documentation and maintain clients files

· Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation

· Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients queries, needs and expectations

· Suggest and promote retail products or additional services

· Stock taking

· Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat

· Any other administrative task when require
