Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages to high quality and consistency standards.

• Deliver attentive and engaging service, creating a memorable guest experience.

• Operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout service.

• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth coordination during peak periods.

• Contribute to the development of new cocktails and beverage offerings where appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale casual or high-volume environment.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.

• Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
