We are looking for a Bartender Supervisor.

Job Summary

The Palawan @ Sentosa , Shangri-La Group’s first standalone lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island, seeks a Bartender Supervisor to lead and inspire the bar team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through innovative beverage creation and operational excellence.

As the Bar Supervisor we rely on you to:

• Lead and supervise a team of bartenders to deliver high-quality beverageservice and guest satisfaction
• Create and innovate mixed beverages that align with brand standards and enhance guest experience
• Drive sales growth by influencing and coaching team members on upselling andsuggestive selling techniques
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions to support team and guest engagement
• Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and productsto maintain smooth operations
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety Standards toguarantee a safe environment for guests and staff
• Continuously seek opportunities to increase guest satisfaction levels through service excellence and operational improvements

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in Beverage Operations with practical knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivatethe bar team
• Experience in leading a team of bartenders within a restaurant or bar environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service with a welcoming and professional manner
• Willingness to work shifts to meet operational needs
