Job Summary

Jimmy Monkey is seeking a passionate coffee professional to join our two growing stores and upcoming concepts. We welcome both experienced candidates and enthusiastic newcomers ready to learn and grow in a dynamic café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently to meet Jimmy Monkey’s standards and customer expectations
• Engage with customers to deliver friendly, efficient service and create memorable café experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and timely service delivery
• Participate actively in on-the-job training to develop coffee-making skills and product knowledge
• Uphold quality control by ensuring all food and drink items meet established standards before serving
• Adapt to new café concepts and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in a café or coffee-making role is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and develop coffee preparation and customer service skills through training
• Enthusiasm for coffee culture and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
