Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Barista / Café Crew to join our vibrant, high-energy team. You will be the face of our retail café, welcoming customers, preparing specialty coffee and beverages, serving food items, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and prior F&B experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide menu guidance, and take orders accurately
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and work areas, including equipment and utensils
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fast-paced, fun, and efficient café environment
• Continuously learn about brewing, food preparation, and presentation techniques

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of barista experience
• Prior experience in food & beverage preparation or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Flexible to varying working hours (including peak, weekends, and public holidays)
• Polite, engaging, and customer-focused personality
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
