Job Scope

• Process account opening applications for consumer banking products, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verify customer information in accordance with KYC and AML requirements, and perform timely data entry and system updates.
• Support compliance efforts by following regulatory and internal guidelines, and escalating incomplete or irregular cases when necessary.
• Coordinate with branch staff and internal teams to resolve application queries and support smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity while meeting service turnaround times and supporting process improvement initiatives.
