Badminton Coach Vacancy

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Badminton Coach to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing young athletes through structured training programmes and fostering excellence, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum six (6) years of professional playing experience in badminton

• Demonstrated competitive achievements (e.g. tournaments, rankings, awards)

• Strong interest and commitment to coaching and youth development

• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and dedication

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured badminton training sessions for young students

• Design and implement skill-based drills and development programmes

• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and prepare them for competitive play

• Promote discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive values through sport
