Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct gap assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead regional ITSM/ITAM projects, including rollout of ServiceNow modules across APAC branches.
• Define and track governance KPIs, analyze trends, and report risks/issues to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and adoption of ServiceNow across branches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to standardize IT processes.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT governance, ITSM, or ITAM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM modules.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills with ability to work across regions.

Preferred

• ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
