About the job:

As an Avaloq Stream Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions within the Avaloq Core Banking System, and supporting implementation and testing phases. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of banking solutions.

Job Duties

• Lead a team of Avaloq technical consultants
• Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
• Evaluate scenarios and recommend optimal business and IT solutions.
• Design and document business solutions using Avaloq tools and methodologies.
• Participate in workshops and client meetings to validate solutions.
• Support system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
• Maintain and improve Avaloq modules and components.

Job requirement

• At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Consultant / Technical Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector.

• Proficient in Avaloq Core Banking System (certification is a plus).
• Experience leading a team of software engineers and Avaloq consultants is highly preferred
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
