We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Avaloq and Corporate Banking Operations experience to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of Avaloq-based banking solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with business stakeholders across Corporate Banking to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Avaloq system enhancements and implementations.
• Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed system capabilities.
• Work closely with development teams, solution architects, and vendors to ensure accurate system design and delivery.
• Participate in system configuration discussions within the Avaloq platform.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD, FRD, process flows, and use cases.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case preparation and defect management.
• Provide functional support and advisory for Avaloq modules used in Corporate Banking.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
• Hands-on experience with the Avaloq banking platform.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes (e.g., lending, payments, trade finance, cash management) in the Operation space.
• Experience working on Avaloq implementation, migration, or enhancement projects.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
