Full Job Description

We are an Audio Visual (AV) rental and event production company supporting corporate events, exhibitions and conferences across Singapore.

This role is suited for AV technicians with approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience who are comfortable with hands-on setup work and are looking to take on more responsibility over time.

You will support AV systems and LED wall deployments, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure jobs are executed to both operational and technical standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, small team environment where priorities can change quickly. This role requires someone who is adaptable, responsive and able to take initiative, while maintaining consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and teardown of AV systems and LED wall deployments
• Support on-site execution and assist in technical coordination
• Troubleshoot AV, signal flow and display issues during setup and live operations
• Ensure equipment is tested, packed and deployment-ready
• Maintain warehouse organisation and equipment discipline
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth execution
• Support and coordinate with crew during setup and teardown
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to workflows and setup processes

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in AV, event production or related technical work
• Able to handle setup and basic troubleshooting independently
• Basic understanding of AV signal flow and systems
• Experience with events, exhibitions or live setups preferred
• Exposure to LED wall setup or display systems is an advantage
• Willing to learn and take on more responsibility over time
• Able to work evenings, weekends and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and good equipment handling discipline
• Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Working Conditions

• 5.5-day work week
• Work includes evenings and weekends
• Fast-paced AV event operations environment
• This role requires focus during operational periods, especially weekends and peak event schedules

Additional Information

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
• No work pass sponsorship available
• Salary: $2,800 – $3,400 (depending on experience)
• Position available immediately
