• Handle documentation for block discounting and other financing facilities.
• Collect hire purchase instalment payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and notification letters for customers.
• Review, update, and monitor system reports daily.
• Perform daily extraction and downloading of bank statements.
• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage insurance matters including new purchases, renewals, and related follow-ups.
• Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking.
• Respond promptly to urgent changes in arrangements.
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
