Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Queenstown
Working Days: 5.25 days (Mon- to Fri 8am – 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8am – 12.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Handled incoming calls, managed customer enquiries, and provided accurate information on services and bookings
• Routed calls efficiently to the appropriate departments to ensure timely assistance
• Acted as the first point of contact for booking requests while delivering a positive customer experience

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
