Key Duties:

• Provide prompt and qualified repair advice to the dealership’s service network.
• Perform on-site diagnosis and repair of complex or problematic vehicles, working directly with workshop technicians.
• Submit technical/repair inquiries to the vehicle manufacturer and follow up on viable repair solutions.
• Actively record and evaluate repair data to detect new field errors, monitor trends, and support problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Relevant
• Min 2 year of relevant experience in the automotive industry
