Position :Automation Architect

Contract Duration: 1 Jul 2026 to 30 Jun 2027

Salary Payment: $3,800 - $4,000 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

Work Pattern:

Mon to Thursday from 0800hrs to 1730hrs (including 1 hour lunch break) and Friday from 0800hrs to 1700hrs.

Job Purpose

To review, redesign and streamline volunteer management workflows to reduce manual effort, improve process integration, and support digitalisation of key operation processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and map current workflows across volunteer management functions, including deployment tracking, appraisal collection, boards preparation and monthly reporting.

• Streamlining and automation of existing processes through process redesign and the use of automation tools; e.g. macros, robotics process automation (RPA).

• Engage process owner to map existing process and identify pain-points.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks, duplicated efforts, manual workarounds, and dependencies across extension, exit, leadership selection and promotion processes.

• Design future-state workflows to improve efficiency, standardisation and scalability.

• Identify and implement suitable automation and digitalisation opportunities to reduce reliance on manual excel-based consolidation.

• Work with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into implementable workflow and system solutions.

• Write, execute and validate codes and test scripts.

• Create technical documentation and develop a user training manual.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Conversant with usage of Power Apps and Power Automate

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science, RPA certification or equivalent, with 2–3 years of experience in business process re-engineering/corporate IT project management especially in projects related to automation and IT systems
