• Position Title: AutoCAD Draftsman/ Architectural Drafter Assistant
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and, preferably, Revit to design and implement MEP systems.
• Ensure CAD drawings meet quality standards.
• Revise drawings based on mark-ups and specifications.
• Verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Convert sketches into CAD drawings and interpret mechanical/process designs.
• Develop and apply work methodologies.
• Keep all project drawings up-to-date, including producing shop and as-built drawings.
• Offer technical support and participate in project meetings.
• Prepare engineering documents for submission.
• Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments on-site.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years as a 2D CAD drafter in construction will be advantageous.
• Candidates without relevant experience is encouraged to apply, training provided.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MEP drawings, and MS Office
