Oversee and lead audit engagements by managing audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting to deliver accurate findings and actionable recommendations that support management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning activities to design effective audit strategies aligned with firm methodology and client requirements
• Manage and supervise audit fieldwork to ensure thorough examination of financial records and compliance with auditing standards
• Review audit work papers prepared by audit staff to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm audit methodology
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports that communicate findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making
• Supervise daily activities of audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion of audit tasks
• Develop audit staff by coaching and mentoring to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
• Conduct performance evaluations for audit staff to support continuous improvement and career development
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to facilitate collaboration and resolve audit issues
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and propose practical solutions during audits
