Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment within a supportive and engaged organisation. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead our Audit and Compliance team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage the activities of the audit and compliance function to provide corporate governance & enterprise risks support to our internal stakeholders across our multidisciplinary business and provide advisory on matters relating to corporate governance, regulatory and our commercial endeavours. 

Responsibilities

·       Oversee and manage audit, compliance and enterprise risks matters for the Group and its subsidiaries.

·       Conduct compliance testing and monitoring.

·       Identify, report and escalate risks, issues and control enhancements.

·       Provide ongoing compliance advisory and support to key business units/entities.

·       Monitor changes to regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and achieving compliance.

·       Work with stakeholders to remediate and resolve gaps in relation to third party due diligence requirement.

·       Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to strengthen operational controls and implement best practices.

·       Promote compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations, organise training to internal stakeholders relating to compliance & risks and ethical standards.

Requirements

·       Degree in Business Management or related qualification. Compliance Qualification would be an added advantage.

·       Familiar with audit & compliance requirements including OSPAR, 3rd party audit, penetration test, privacy regulations etc.

·       Prior experience in regulatory, privacy or compliance role in the healthcare / health insurance or financial sector.

·       Demonstrated ability in identify and resolving complex issues and recommend appropriate compliance solutions.

·       Excellent communication skills and analytical ability.

·       Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
