Job Scope

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the construction sector
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to both individuals and groups
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or engineering role within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, products, and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• A Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field
• A self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric approach
