Job Description:

Support HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on mass hiring, workforce ramp-up planning, policy compliance, and manpower reporting to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment for operators, technicians, and support functions to meet production ramp-up timelines.
• Partner closely with Operations to forecast manpower requirements and align hiring plans with production schedules.
• Track recruitment progress, attrition rates, and manpower fulfilment against approved headcount targets.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure timely workforce deployment and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment contracts, and statutory labour regulations.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including contract administration, confirmation, transfers, and exit management.
• Prepare and present manpower reports, hiring analytics, and HR metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct annual market benchmarking on compensation trends and hiring landscape to support workforce planning.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, internal controls, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards where applicable.
  
  Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

• IHRP-CP certification is added advantages.

• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Proven experience in mass hiring or workforce ramp-up settings.

• Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards is an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
