We are a boutique law firm offering a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable junior Associate to join our small but busy team. The candidate we are seeking must have an interest in a spectrum of legal work including conveyancing, wills and probate, corporate secretarial, general corporate and general litigation work. This is a general practice role — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, wants to develop across multiple areas of law, and is keen to build a broad foundation as a practitioner.

What You'll Do

• Handle conveyancing matters
• Draft wills, manage probate and estate administration matters
• Assist with corporate secretarial work
• Handle small litigation matters and support senior lawyers on more complex cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice for clients
• Liaise directly with clients, CPF Board, IRAS, SLA, and other relevant agencies

 Requirements:

• Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, with 0–2years' PQE. We welcome experienced paralegals with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on legal experience
• Genuine interest in general practice across multiple areas of law, rather than a single specialisation
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage as we serve Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
• IT-savvy and comfortable with MS Office; familiarity with STARS e-lodgement, eLitigation, and ACRA portals is a plus
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple files concurrently
