Job Description
Responsibilities
- Setup and troubleshooting of all PC/laptop, printers, print server, Windows XP, Windows 7, RFID scanner, Outlook client, VPN, MS Office, Anti-virus & in-house applications
- Managing of IT inventory
- Manage IT hardware requests and raise purchase requests when necessary
- Prepare proposals and presentations on assigned projects
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in IT or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows XP/7
- Knowledge in basic LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
