Job Description

A well-established practice is looking to hire a Singapore-qualified Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate team.

This is a good opportunity for a lawyer who wants exposure to a quality mix of investment, leasing, hospitality and real estate financing work, supporting a sophisticated client base across Singapore and the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Whole property acquisitions and divestments

• Leasing and landlord/tenant matters

• Hospitality and built-to-suit transactions

• Real estate financing work

• Real estate-related advisory support

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 2–5 years' PQE

• Relevant corporate real estate experience from a reputable Singapore practice

• Exposure to real estate financing would be advantageous

• Strong drafting and communication skills

• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced team
