Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement classroom activities in accordance with established educational guidelines and curriculum objectives

• Support the development and execution of educational programs that meet children’s developmental and learning needs

• Prepare and utilise age-appropriate teaching materials and resources to enhance learning experiences

• Observe and monitor children’s progress, maintaining accurate developmental records where necessary

• Maintain a safe, organised, and engaging classroom environment

• Guide and manage children’s behaviour using positive reinforcement and appropriate classroom management techniques

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent

• Passionate about working with children and supporting their development

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to interact with children, parents, and team members
