Job Description

. Provide hands-on site installation, validation,commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment

(AC UPS,DC UPS , Batteries, Switchgear and BMS)

. Provide on-site training to the customers

. Develop Service technical documentation

. Create and maintain service information in the company database

. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits

. Timely complete and submit all required paperwork

. Communicate with the customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

Job Requirements

. Minimum ITE/Diploma or Degree in Engineering ( E&E,Electrical Power)

. Proficient in AutoCAD (Electrical Drawing) and programming will be an advantage

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply ( on the job training will be provided)
