Job Scope

• Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts, handling sales operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams
• Support sales activities, including quotations, follow-ups, and order processing
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and respond to enquiries promptly
• Coordinate customer requirements with design, procurement, and production teams
• Track project progress and update customers regularly
• Support festive campaign planning and execution

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Experience in corporate gifts and sales support preferred
• Familiar with Excel and project coordination
