Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our Business Development Manager in sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys coordination, follow-ups, and building customer relationships in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.

• Support marketing initiatives, including preparation of sales materials and coordination of marketing activities.

• Engage customers through emails, calls, and meetings; follow up on enquiries and quotations.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information.

• Prepare basic reports, proposals, and administrative documents related to sales activities.

• Handle general administrative duties related to sales and customer management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (construction industry is an advantage), fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Willingness to learn and grow in business development and sales.
