• Responsible for the business and financial success of the outlet operations with control of sales, labour, packaging, food and beverage cost performance.

• Ensure compliance in food, service and cleanliness operating standards of Jollibee and in accordance to regulations.

• Responsible for people management including recruitment, motivation, training and development, and scheduling.

• Provide effective leadership in leading the team to achieve targets.

• Handle all customer’s feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare monthly management reports.

• To carry out additional functions and special projects as may be directed by the management.
