Job Summary

Support public relations and project operations by managing resident inquiries and complaints, coordinating with contractors, and providing accurate administrative assistance to ensure smooth project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to residents’ requests and complaints at the Information Centre counter and hotline to maintain positive community relations
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and filing to support Public Relations Officer tasks
• Facilitate clear communication with relevant parties to resolve public relations and project-related issues
• Collaborate closely with contractors to identify and implement proactive measures that reduce complaints from construction activities
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient office and project operations
• Execute administrative tasks accurately and on time to support project workflows and deadlines
• Engage stakeholders effectively to uphold and enhance the company’s reputation and goodwill
• Provide administrative and logistical support for construction working committee meetings, which may occur during or outside regular working hours (9am to 11pm)
• Assist with additional administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level certificate with at least 1 year of clerical work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and one other official language to support diverse stakeholder interactions
