Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects in line with client requirements and company objectives

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Manage project risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning

Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications

Provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications

Monitor quality assurance and quality control activities throughout project execution

Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress

Prepare progress reports and technical documentation

Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures

Enforce Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and promote a strong safety culture

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)

At least 3 years of experience in engineering project management or related fields in Singapore

Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from design to commissioning

Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and construction practices

Proficient in project management and design software such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
